Ok, you can get a dedicated server for $200/month or so for example from softlayer.com - what is exactly the issue? I'm sure it'd be easy to find 40 members donating $5 / month. I gladly volunteer to be the first one if this happens.

I took me a good minute to click into this thread. THis is by far the worst running board I've ever been a part of, not to mention the countless viruses i caught when it was hacked. Cost me almost 200 bucks to fix. Were idiots to still come here to be honest.

It's getting better - only 3 mins to load a page today, whereas it used to take closer to 8 mins last week.

I'd say that's improvement 8)
