Yep.  They do.  I have made Rick Bayless chili many times and have grated the Chocolate myself.  I prefer Green and Black`s Mayan Gold.

Funnily enough, that is what she uses. Have you tried the other flavours? The coffee favour and the milk chocolate with almonds are particularly good.
