what do you guys think of my site i started?

i have always love weightlifting, and training and such, so i decided to start my own fitness forum, and would love to get some ideas and help for it

I don't think this is really a bad form of spamming. He made one posting about his site, and it's fittness related. Yes, maybe he wants to promote it - maybe he also wants some genuine feedback. But is no big deal to either decide to look at it or not. I think its an acceptable posting.
