its called the "standing front relaxed".............but obviously its anything but relaxed, as compared to how one would normally stand


do you stand with you entire body tightened, sucking you stomech in,pushing your butt out, pointing your feet out at a 45 deg angle to accentuate your quad sweep, flaring your lats, pushing your arms and chest out, holdin your breath and breathing through your diaphragm...........

haha....brutal admitting you look at a 160lb bottom twink as an exceptional "physique."

Walking to work twice a month instead of driving and doing a few "club-pump" wall pushups every so often should put most men in the "155lbs and lean" category.
