this is what branch warrens "hardcore" training style gets you.............fucking torn muscles, there are plenty of ways to stress the muscles comparably as hard without putting yourself in danger

No, he trains like shit. There is a HUGE difference. Arnold trained hard AND right. Branch trains like absolute shit. Anyone can train hard when your ROM is 1/2 inch

He knows that the only way to do well this year, is to come in not just super big, but more ripped and vascular that anyone. That was why he did so well last year. So the challange for him, is to come in even leaner and ripped than last year - its going to be tough to do.
