The arguments are absolutely hypocritical.  Many of the people spouting some non-existent Constitutional right to build the mosque are completely silent when there are actual Constitutional violations involving Christians.

I know this seems like a real double standard.  And you know I have no problem arguing against either liberal or conservative here, but it does seem like this should be something both sides are together on.
