as a law man in texas. i can tell you without a doubt that....i have no fucking clue......i share a office with TABC, and fish and game though...i will find out in the morning..

i still kill the bastards though...my dog killed one and treid to bring it inside once.....trying to make sure she never has a chance to do that again ;D

Damn , I thought you meant SKANK, which you can kill in Texas, provided you do so in a trailer, or after you screwed her by the dumpster behind the Country Bunker saloon. Since a skink is an animal that can make a stink worse then my farts , I respect them.
