Going back to the Agassi thing, and this kinda ties to what you and I discussed in the Higher Power thread......I learned my lesson that name brand and a star athlete endorsing them as great means jack shit when I was a sophomore in H.S. I saved up 110 hard earned dollars and bought a pair of those neon green ones he wore early in his career. I'm not a tennis fan at all, but back then...and remember this is back in the Crazee Wear, T-Michael, Otomix, cutoff jean short days........anyway I thought they looked really cool and it was some of the first air pocket shoes. I was pumped about getting them. Fucking piles of shit started falling apart in one month. No exaggeration. 110 dollars for shoes that last one month. I've bought nothing but the Asics, New Balance, Reeboks, Adidas that they sell at Shopko or Kohl's since. Funny thing, I have a pair shoes by all of those that are at least two years old and none cost over $50 with tax.

true but there is a HUGE DIFFERENCE between supplements and "Kicks"

I'm a sneakerphile, actually, Salvatore has 1 upped me, all my shit is old, he's got the newer shit...and I'm too lazy to get those haven't been worn in 5 yrs shoes and take a pic.
