Whatever happened to Silvio Samuel?

You can't continue to compete in 8 shows a year - you need to take time off between contests, and evaluate your options, strategically.   If health issues and Silvio decide he doesnt want to comepte anymore, so be it.  If he does, after he takes time off from competing - that is his choice.

In any event, it was nice to talk and go over some things on Monday. Simple as that.

Silvio is doing well, as he was working the bodybuilding.com booth this past Monday and having a good time - he will be back next year, but letting his body take a rest. 

his liver wont recover.
