Fake for a couple reasons

1. When she hangs up her phone it takes too long.. she has done it 1000 times and doesnt need to be focused on how to end a call..

2. There is no reason she would be under the car the way she was hit at the hips.. it would have thrown her up and away from the car.

3. friend would have dropped her camera or forgot to keep it focused on the scene.. human nature.
