I think he was implying that people would likely view the diet as healthy if they were losing weight in reference to people equating weight loss to a healthy lifestyle

I train 4 days a week on a regular basis and I hardly eat any junk foods so I'm in pretty good shape.  Its important especially when you're training people to practice what you preach.
