I don't think you've addressed this in the bible, so I'll just ask now:
Let's say you've got back problems, or anything else for that matter, and you're out of for a few weeks/months. What do you do? Do you lower the dose, up it, maintain it? How can you minimise losses and make sure you get back to the gym as quickly as possible?
you stay injurty free and reduce the damn weights!,, a good bodybuild is as good as his ability to look like a bodybuild,, you can be 250lb all you want...but if you get injured and get back to you regular 170lb balonie...that 185lb fella who you laughed at will be the bodybuilder soooo this is why we only do heavy ass lifting for you in videos ,, yes we train heavy but all within our own lean muscle capabilitys of lifting,, you sawjason 5 plates each side of the hammer...need to do 8 each side but did 5...the best bodybuild work with their brain first and formost.,,
now,, if you injure due to stupidity ...yes hgh can heal process faster unless you need surgery,,
ofcourse the nonesense come out of twister about nubain and advil is not true,, yes we use pain killers if we go to surgery like anyone else,, as i said before im against narcotics and gith against it in bodybuild,, ofcourse many use them but im against them
