BTW if you cant use your leg and infection sets in then your immobile.  Being immobile can cause weight gain.   Keith has not used it as an excuse just a circumstance that he was in.   He knows why hes fat.....and he knows how to lose it.....he just has to want to.

P.S. And yes, I did have to go to the ER for that and was put on fluids and a topical corticosteroid.

Like a 13-year old idiot, I actually placed the spider on the palm of my hand, just to admire it if you will.  Moments later it sprung onto my forearm and sunk its teeth in.

I was very scared and not knowing any better thought to simply wrap my forearm with a make-shift tourniquet (my belt) and hope to hell that I wouldn't die momentarily.

Exactly.  Does anyone actually think I wanted this or planned this.  I spent 20 years being fairly good shape and made money from my body and strength.  In fact the doctors even told me that if I wasn't in the shape I was in I could have easily died.  They even said the reaction I got from the bite was very severe and something not normal.  Is spent most of my life training and using my body to make money and get positive attention.  Then this happened and I literally could not walk.  I am not making excuses cause now that I look back I guess I could have easily just dieted and not eat normally.  well that is something that I didn't do and never thought about.  I know it would have made things a whole lot easier on me now.  But, you know I have to go forward.  I have alot of things going on in my life right now that are all very positive.  So getting back into shape so I can enjoy them is something I really wantg to do an will do.  I just have to do it slowly so nothing happens.  But ultimately I will get back down below 300.  I know I will.

I lay out in my backyard now.  I believe tan fat looks better than white fat.  Well we killed two black widows on Friday out there.  So I am fucking freaking a little.

Holy shit. I will never laugh at any Keith/Spider Bite jokes again. That looks really serious. I definitely can accept that the Spider bite was the catalyst that led to his decline. I only hope he can muster the will power to get back to a healthier weight. I know a guy that got bit by a Brown recluse and he almost lost his arm. It's no laughing matter.
