I dont believe he speaked that moderate because of fear. i think its more to keep it calm in his own country concerning the continuous formation process where hes part of.

Hmmm im not sure...he can say whatever he wants and Rutten and Verhagen take a step back and will say its his own opinion ( freedom of speech) so he can say whatever he wants!
