595 squat
1200 x 6 (no need to do singles)

everything is (or used to be) heavy.

535 was 181
595 was around 190.

They didn't have shirts back then.

deadlifted 495x2 on my 5th set of deads at around 200lbs belted with straps though

hurt my back before I was able to max out and havent gone back to deads since  :-X

405 lb. squat below paralell-bw-165
300 lb. bench-bw-150
70 lb. flyes for 6 reps
65 lb. seated db curls for 6 reps-bw-165
cheat curls with extra slow negative- 135-10,150-5-bw-160
800 lb. leg press for 8 reps

No, no vids. It was during an un-sanctioned meet during a bodybuilding contest. "Unoffcial" state record. Don't think it's in any books. Went over this along time ago. Dave Shaw was a judge along with a couple of others. I was training with Gus Rethwich at the time at then Astro Gym in San Gabriel.

315 for 3 overhead press is insane.  How is your bench only 305? I know there are guys like this I just don't get your genetics man.

One of my best lifts was strict over head seated DB presses with the 110's for 7 reps.
It was a whole lot of booty in my face when I got her up there. Made it hard to breath and hold her when she farted in my face. :-[
