yes it does. Im sure jay has tried being heavier, which resulted in a look he didn't like.
So instead of risking his health more then he already is, hes just refining it, Knowing that hes already BIG ENOUGH and now it ONLY comes down to condition.

The shadow between pec and bi's, do alot for him. He's shredded but he'd probaly look worst with different lighting

Because he is smaller in the 2nd pic.

This is 7 years in between, you would think you can see SOME progress in any field, but there isn't.

do you know his weight?

just becuase he looks bigger doesn't mean he is  :)  on the second photo his also pushing his shoulders down a but which makes him look smaller.

these people just cannot grasp the concept that a gym photo is completely different then a stage photo


of courser his chest looks bigger in the 2001 gym photo, he probably just got done with a chest and shoulder workout and banged 30 units of insulin and at 200g of pie filling



waitin gback stage and an event to go on, then standing flexing under stagelights is nothing like that,..........you flat
