Musclephone was a great idea - the idea of getting up to date info, results and more to your phone! Started well ... until.... Twitter came along....
Eventually, it was better to embrace Twitter and work with that to building up the audience, as well as concentrate on many other projects, including Hardbody.com and photography, and has already completed the Iphone app basically doing the same thing.
I have learned that if you don't try to capitalize and embrace your ideas, and never try something, you will never succeed, or fail. Everything is a learning experience in life.
