You didn't pwn me homo. Trying actually searching for Blood & Guts and see what you get. The uploader was clever enough to remove the title to prevent people from finding it and having it removed due to copyright infringement. BTW I watched the arm training part and it's not as bad as Coleman nut-huggers like to think. Personally I think that over peaked biceps look a bit retarded. As long as the arms are well developed and in proportion is all that matters.
