Boxing vs MMA II
« on: September 18, 2010, 05:59:31 PM »
Butterbean is not a great boxer but his record is 95 wins with 65 knockouts, 19 losses and 5 draws.   Fighting possibly the worst MMA fighter ever, a man with one win and one loss against absolute nobodys, Butterbean is immediately taken down and beaten in less than one minute without being touched by the boxer.  Cue the boxing excuses.

C'mon man

Do you disagree that Butterbean is a boxer, or that Pudz is one of the worst MMA fighters ever?

Butterbean won Toughman titles,  he never really won any real boxing titles.  To say Esch represents boxing is a huge stretch.  Saying Pudz represents MMA is a joke onto itself.

two clowns going at eachother...

but the polish clown somehow got the idea that he needs to slim down to aids level and get rid of his tann to make it more interesting to watch  :-\.... it's like butterbean thinks; "hey I know... I'll be on my back the ENTIRE fight, that would be enteraning!"

sheesh...

its amazing that butterbean STILL has NO FUCKING IDEA what to do when he hits the ground. Embarrassing. HE could just have gave pudja his back and STOOD UP.

Props to Pudja though.

Pudja slimmed down to be able to fight for more then 20 sec without almost dying. too much muscle in mma is a curse.

and 255 isnt exactly "aids level"

Pudja should have pulled an armbar lol

Hey I know that but, like you said, "20 seconds longer without dying"

To last long in the octagon takes tens of years of conditioning and training so you can fight 5x 5min rounds... pudja just lifted weights, tanned and jogged for 2km's every now and then.

He might aswell kept his powerfull strengths to fight, I think he would have done somewhat better, this form he has now is TOTALLY new to him, I think he even gets confused how weak he has become in pure strength, he doesn't know what to do.

I make sense?

he hasn't really proven any type of skill at all, got killed standing up, 1-2 leg kicks and just slapping gnp.

But he did stand infront ot ButterBean with 4 oz gloves with minimal ammount of mma training. Not many men in the world would do that.

I doubt people wanna see skills form him though, just brawling, that will earn him some money.

Im just pissed at Butterbean after 24 mma matches stioll doesn't know ANYTHING from the ground. he could have Easily gotten up and the match would have been longer/more entertaining.

Yeah I guess but it seems pudzia wants to become an mma fighter... too bad he didn't figure it out 20 years earlyer, but I guess it's a trend now days that people start developing themselves at older age. It's because of this new era of consciense, the old christian beliefs that you should stay still and do what you have allways done are being thrown out of the window, people want to do other things.

More and more people go into mma in all serious attitude it's funny  :P

Probably just something he wanna try before he retires and Im fine with that. Its not like hes fighting in the ufc or anything lol.
People that watches his fights now what to expect. And as I said, he stood toe to toe with butterbean for alot longer then I thought, That deserves respect.

Hey Swede, has Bean ever fought any top ranked mma guys, borderline top 25? Or does he do what he did in boxing fighting guys not even in the top 100?  ??? Props to Marius though, he is getting a lot of shit off of guys that have never fought, it takes balls to even make the step, he should just drill grappling constantly, he could use his core strength more efficently than trying to strike, which isn't a strong point.

I doubt even top 100 lol

maby Wesley Correira was top 100 at one point though and he won that fight but lost the k-1 version of the fight in the "re-match" butterbean is just a freakshow like pudja.

He was ALOT faster a few years ago also
