Oh i am serious about that, and IF someone here is stubborn, it's you. 
For optimal body composition, you lack a lot of muscle. 
There are lots of reasons why someone's body composition is the way it is.
I'm in the game for over 12 years, lifetime natural, not exactly the spring chicken and I am very prone to injuries.
I was a lot bigger and stronger in my younger years.
I've never claimed to be a posterboy for what I say, but that should be irrelevant anyway.
Anyway, as I said, people will make their own decisions. I'm just bored, no insult intended.
