So what if i have?

Then i can promise you it wasn't on a diet of chinese food and hamburgers.

It was just a question since you seem to assume my diet is reponsible for my rather low weight at that bodyfat level.

It looks like one of those things that either tastes great or makes you want to puke, lol. From what you say, it's obviously the former.

Is it spicy? I'm guessing it's served with rice. What is it called?

tastes absolutely great. It's basically scrambled eggs with chicken in it. Normally served with rice, but i eat it without rice. It's called Oyako-don.

Your 1000 calo a day is responsible for that, if you ate proper calories with your shitty diet you'd look like fatpanda.

You're wrong, i'm in much better shape than the people here think. I also have never been fat and i hate fat people as much as i hate muslims.

Nopes, I ate an avarage of about 2000 kcals per day. At my activity level, that's about 500kcals under maintenance.

Funny thing is when wavelenght calls others masochists. Try that approach for one day, I did. I promise you, you will die! ;D

That's by far the hardest, most cruel approach out there. ;D

Not true either.
Not sure why you keep critizising my diet when you don't even know what it is.

It's not important anyway what my diet is exactly, only if it follows the essential rules.

Epic backpaddling, like TA did before.

Now next thing will be that you announce that the "essential rules" are that you get 1g protein per lb of lean bodyweight, enough fibers and essential fatty acids, moderate saturated fatty acids and green veggies with a carb intake that focuses around the workouts and in the morning with one or two cheat meals a week in a cutting phase, right?

Like I said, try it for one day. But choose a day you don't have to work, cause you can't function on a diet like that. :D (don't know what kinda job wave or TA have)

You wake up, hungry, hungry, hungry, hungry, think about food, food, food, food; after several hours of martyry you go to a buffet and stuff yourself with crap. Then you're replete for like 3-4 hours maybe, then you get hungry again, think about food, food, food, nothing else. So you flush down your protein shake, are replete again for like 20-30 minutes and then you're starving again and think about nothing else then food for the rest of the day, for the night, can't sleep cause your starving etc.

So of the 24 hours a day has you got a feeling of satiety for like 4 hours, the other 20 hours you're starving, unfocused, moody, lethargic; Hilarious. :D

All diets are based on the principle of starvation; that is what a diet is; you are starving your body and merely trying to optimise the conservation of lean tissue or the loss thereof whilst you starve.

I think it is unlikely that a traditional bbing diet would make you any more massive on a diet than WL's diet. If you are natural you will be very skinny when attaining low bf levels. That is just a fact. The only ones who don't look really skinny are juicers and total genetic freaks.
I hate the State.

What bbers? Guys who are juiced to the gills on everything from Tren to HGH.

Have you ever been as lean as WL? On the best of diets, if you are natural, you will be skinny that lean. That is just a fact. He is sub 10%; no natural looks massive at that bf level.

And you can ignore facts if you will but a diet is simply your body in starvation mode.

So you are telling me there are no naturals under 10% that weigh over 60kg?

Oh and if they are, they are on the juice, right? And when they say they aren't, they are liars?

Nice.

That is because your whole digestion with perform much better on a healthy diet with enough fibers than on this fast food and shake BS.
Better digestion = better intake of macronutrients = better results.
