If you have shitty genetics, it'S one thing, what i want to say is that if WL would get his lazy ass up to do cardio and leave some of his convenience of getting his food from the local chinese dumpster instead of cooking himself a healthy meal, then he could have much better results than being 60kg.

Start as a fat fuck like fatpanda and with this shitty diet you will end up a skinny little bitch. but you COULD have had decent muscle mass left, if you had done more cardio to keep your calories higher while dieting and so on.
