No, Bush was equally stupid.  But Bush being stupid does not make Obama brilliant, he is not.  He is an incompetent hack at best who now has two massive failures on his hand that m,any, includsing myself predicted would be a disaster - The Stim Bill & ObamaCare.

I don't necessarily think Bush was stupid as much as he really looked at the world very simplistic. Good and Evil. Democracy and Communism. Plain and simple. If you are evil, he vowed to remove you. If you were a communist country, he helped the Democratic movement in that country. I was not a big Bush supporter but over the years I grew to like the fact that He loved this country and was doing what he thought was right to keep America Great. As for the Ass Clown in the White House now, I think he is a puppet of George Soros and hates what America stood for, and that is why you see him Bashing anything American and having a radical agenda. His goose is cooked in 2012... There is no way this guy will be elected again.

I did not mean stupid like in the way the dems portrayed him, but more in terms of how he presented himself in many public settings. 

As for Obama - I will walk over a mine field, war zone, over hot coals, nails, spikes, quick sand, and fire to vote against him in 2012, regardless of who runs against him.

So you want a person in power that believes the earth is only 2000 years old that Dino's were placed on earth by god
to trick us and test our faith, a person that feels its more important to check her tweets from "her" prayer warriors than
somebody like Obama who is a rational thinking man?

I am reading a very good book atm written by a philosopher called Slavoj Zizek - the book is called Living in the end times and
describes pretty plausible evidence that capitalism as we know it will come to an end, he is not the person that believes in the 2012
bullshit but he believes that we are somewhat approaching a point zero and god knows what happens then.
Just read some books like One Second (EMP attack on the US) even Z War (which the best book about a Zombie outbreak - the beauty about this book is that it can be applied to any major world wide catastrophe) all these books describe pretty well how depended we
are to things we have zero control over, 99.9% of the people in this forum would stand no chance if they wouldn't have their blackberrys their daily runs to the local mal and had to life a live of scavangers, just a fact.

So to come full circle back, maybe this is after all what the world needs, a new start, 90% of humans die and leave the rest of the 10% with a new start - hopefully if it ever happens they have learned their lessons.

I for one do not want Sarah Palin as the President but if she wins, then so be it. Our political system has always been Center Right. If she wins I suspect she will govern that way. Too many issues need both sides to make happen and compromise is the key to get things passed.

For me right now - I'm looking at things on the issues for every candidate:

1.  Would they have voted for ObamaCare - if so - GONE

2.  Would they havevoted for Cap & Trade - if so - GONE

3.  Would they have voted for the Stim Bill - if so -GONE

4.  Do they support the GZ mosque - if so GONE

5.  Do they want to raise taxes and hit me with energy taxes and mandates etc - if so - GONE


I don't give a damn if they are a Witch, a dwarf, a midget, an albino, the bearded lady at the carnival, whatever - if they support any of the above - GGGOOONNNEEE!!!!!
