How in the hell did you know I have been making Pancakes around 3 times a week? 
I haven`t made any this week, but last week I made King Arthur Flour`s Ginger Pancakes and my standard go to from America`s Test Kitchen- The Best Buttermilk Pancakes.

I only use Grade B Maple Syrup which I highly recommend.

I even got out the camera and took a picture because I looked impressive.  I then said screw it, I will take pics in some good natural light.  I am ripped.
