1. Who really did shoot JFK?
2. Where are the aliens from the Roswell crash kept?
3. If  I shoot roids into my junk will I get a massive trouser snake?

you are not right in your mind my friend,, im very surprized a fella that has done bodybuilding in his youth and later years is so goolible and dont know the amount of shipments there is in a single day from asia to the usa of drugs,,mainly performance drugs,,not even talking about europe,,do you think anyone in their right  mind would do it if there was not HUGE HUGE HUGE MARKET ?? who is the market??? layne nortom and the such ,,,all the stupid morons on those boards,, D U H

Granted a lot of legit science material on drugs can be a bore.
GH15 has some unique ideas on the extreme levels of drugs that can be used in top level bodybuilding.
He has an interesting writting style and may speak more than one language.

My issue is when he claims he KNOWS the absolute amount for EVERYONE in the world on natural limits of muscle growth.
That is pretty silly and absurd.

The obscure world of extreme BB drug use is outside the relm of legit research science and he could be right on some of that.
On the natural stuff he is way off base

The only reason people like him is because he makes everyone think that the only thing between you and a professional athlete is the use of performance enhancement drugs and their amounts and to a point he is correct. But there's a lot more to it and if your average Joe goes on mega doses the only thing that happens is that he doesn't look quite as pathetic as he used to, but he still isn't anything special... People need to realise that even though athletes, especially pro bb's use tons, there's a point where serum sickness hits and more gear will just  make it worse...

And with all sincerity I would like to live on yours.

Your very own friend Bob told you where he had to draw the line.
So there is no "can"

2) extreme levels of drugs are being used on all levels of bodybuilding.
There are gymrats who stick anything under the sun in their asses. Young kids at the age of 15 and younger.
I have trained with top amateurs in my country, who won national titles. The worst blood test results and the doctor's advise to think of their families could not stop them from even taking more or trying new stuff. This is bodybuilding on my fucking planet.
In contrast to you GH15 doesn't downplay anything (maybe the planet issue again). He tells how it is: completely fucked up. That is his most important message in my mind.

To be fair he used to post a lot of interesting stuff about levels of drug use in pro BB.
I am not sure it is 100% true or not, but it was interesting to read.

Bottom line is I agree wikth the basic idea in your post .
1. Extreme drug use happnes at all levels in BB. By "can" I meant not all top bodybuilders use the exact same drugs.

2. Where I disagree with you perhaps and those like GH15, is that I feel strongly that you can make good gains with little or no drugs.
NOT freaky IFBB pro big, but still decent enough for most to be proud of what they did.

I have known guys like me who used little or no drugs and did just fine at the local or state level.
Why some like GH15 finds that impossible seems crazy to me as it is my reality.

if someone has any muscle developments at all = all drugs

if your kid plays "all-star" baseball, it's because he used more drugs than the other kids

apparently 15 inch arms are the largest possible without drugs, 17's require massive amounts of insulin over the course of 5 years

in order to have any vascularity you need to be next to death with diuretics.
