If you are sitting around buying and watching bodybuilding videos, you apparently follow this a lot more closely than I do.  There is nothing these guys can say in a video that is going to change or improve my training masturbation so why would I be listening to their pontifications?

fixed for accuracy ;)

Uh, Bay when I want motivation to go workout arms, I put Phil Heath's vid in, or just go to YouTube...When I want train chest, Ronnie Coleman motivates me...one of the reason why everybody knows Ronnie says "Yup, Yeah Buddy!" and "Light weight!" is thru his vids, and the otherworldly weight he pushes...
But, I wasn't talking about those vids, Phil has giving tons of interviews, where he is talking, clothed, not flexing...

But, I guess, people who watch Chicago Bulls games from the 90s on ESPN are schmoes, or when March Madness comes around are schmoes or bi curious...

I understand from your perspective the "seen and not heard" mantra, but I would think that you of all people would applaud a black man, who doesn't fit the stereotypical model of dumb black buck...

If you need a video of a scantily clad muscle man to get motivated to train so be it.  I don’t.  Btw, how does that work?  You actually sit down and watch a video for 5-30 minutes before going to the gym?  Who has time for that?  Could you not train just as hard without watching such videos?  Why not?  Do you watch the same video over and over?  Do you have a library of videos?  Some how I don't think think Dorian, Ronnie, Jay got to be Mr. O by watching muscle videos.

As for Heath not fitting the stereotypical model of dumb black buck... I’ll have to take your word for it since I’ve never heard him speak.  But I have seen him and the skin tight shirt, earrings, rings, manicure, and Louis Vuitton purse isn’t exactly a flattering portrait.  ::)

If Phil Heath looks as incredible as some people are predicting he is going to be at the 2010 Olympia, then he can say 'Hany Hany Hany' all he wants, considering that Hany is advising him.

Like it or not, Hany is one of the guru's out there that has proved he can deliver.

But I find it funny that Hany is so much on your mind now!

Ron, you follow bodybuilding around the country, taking photos, talking to people, yet you are ignorant enough to give Hany
credit for heath and jay? yeah they were twinks before ol' Hany came along  ::)

Jesus Ron, wake the fuck up, these gurus are so fucking full of shit, especially Hany who goes out and selects guys with
incredible genetics so he can play it off that he made them what they are....hahaha!!!

Here is the thing Bay, you look upin things from a attraction/visual aspect, as most men, including Gay men do. It's like me saying, "What can I learn from watching the Brazilian Beach Volleyball team?" because my focus would be on them, not what they are doing. You on the otherhand are a gay male, who IS attracted to muscle men, so a "scantily clad" man as you put it, is more of a titilation for you, because that is what YOU would focus on...

I first got involved with bbing when I saw Flex Wheeler in a ad in Ironman Magazine. It was for the 1992 USAs, and I said I wanted to look like that. I got his Hardbody vid, and started mimmicking his lifts, it helped to see one's bbing "idols". Just like a kid collecting the best of Michael Jordan Slam Dunks, or Slam Dunk vids or And 1 vids...but, according to you, those people really like seeing tall black men in tanks and shorts...

Next up, will you declare that those who collect comicbooks or vids like The Avengers 1&2, really like seeing muscular men, so therefore are really bi-curious...nevermind the fact that the women are uber-curveous?

Does one need bbing to help one get motivated vids? No, it's not necessary, I know plenty of dudes who lift he don't have them, but have viewed some on YouTube---if one is interested in a hobby, one would view it right...I have only one car DvD (Martin Brundell's Top ten exotics), yet I view more vids on Cars on YouTube...Darrem Charles and I believe Shawn Ray have a big bbing vid collection, and they are some cooter hounds (okay DC is married for a long time to a hot woman, and SR used to date Brooke Burke)

Yet, I used to have Bootytalk 1-47 on DVD and TT Boys Brown and Round Orgy 1-6, so you know, what may or may not be a priority... ;D

As far as Heath is concerned, yeah...you can disect that pic, or you can see the countless ones posted on here, where He must have a healthy investment in Jordan gear, along with Dex and Jay, nothing but baggy shirts, shorts and Jordans...between the three of them I haven't see as much Jordan gear since I've worked in Footlocker.
