i once saw a guy at the gym doing behind the back forearm curls...he fell and somehow ended up with the bar across his stomach...

Looks like the guy was big in to training and was trying to find new ways to achieve maximum pump in his neck, either that or he got his bowflex off craigslist and when he went picked it up and saw fat pumpster he realised Bowflex would turn him in to an obese balding man/woman hybrid, the request to become friends and microphone each other just pushed him over the edge.
