Guys I know went to a filming of that TV show "Pinks - All Out" where cars drag race against each other.

During the breaks in filming, the bald dude that was the host (Rich Christensen) would continually do sets of fast push-ups to pump up his arms, then check them in a mirror, right before the camera would start rolling.

A true GetBigger.......
