I can't believe people are falling for this garbage.... Recently posted on Rx...

ARMS got up to 23 1/2.......... QUads almost 34....... my waist (where you wear your pants) never required that I wear anything bigger than a 36 inch wast pair of pants.....calves were 21.........

SQUAT was 750
BENCH was 500
DEAD was 600 (750 with straps)
BEHIND THE NECK SHOULDER PRESS was 315 for 6

I believe i was able to grow that big because everything I ate turned to muscle.........I never got fat (bloated yes, but not fat)......so it was just a matter of how much food I could consume daily. To get to 319, I was eating ridiculous amounts of food. "

I don't know about the numbers but I've seen him in his prime....He was fucking huge and I've seen everyone there is to see.

Palumbo was seriously jacked back in the day.  Never really had the structure and shape to do well though.

In fact, Dave is more or less what I would expect retired bodybuilders to look like who still train and attempt to follow basic bodybuilding principles perhaps in addition to some HRT.  He is still around 220 and lean as said at a height of 5'10-5'11 which is by no means small.  Yes, he would be small for a competitive bodybuilder but he is not currently one and that's the relevant point here.  Other pros have shrunk down to my size after retiring but Dave still has some size and condition.  Like I said, that is where I would expect a pro with good genetics for bodybuilding to end up even after retiring.  I have no idea how much he is still using these days, if any.

and keep in mind he cant even lift his arms above his shoulders.

He is still on yes. But lowered it alot in the last months due to health reasons ive been told.

Dave is around the same height as Jason Huh, who is around 5'6-5'7

I saw Dave Palumbo, guest pose in 1996 at the Emerald Cup.He was huge but he had the biggest GH gut I remember.He walked on stage and he was big, but his stomach was so distended he looked akward.He looked like a gorilla he was so big.At the time, I didnt even didnt know what A GH gut was .
