So here I am doing arms, curling 95s for a strict set of 10.
Then I notice an ILS frat type guy with South Carolina Gamecocks hat inclining 185lbs walking around with straps hanging to his fucking knees.

I only use straps on heavy deads. That's it.
Nothing wrong with using them on back days.

But on non back days ...especially for bench, definition of douchebag.

I haven't been to the gym in the afternoon for ages because my head explodes each time I go.

A girl yesterday was doing headstands in the squat rack. I wanted to end her life.
But she did look like a fitness type girl...she was hot. That was her only redeeming quality.
