im kinda with you on this........weider wants their guy to win, i mean, he has every year

but becuse they want to appear like weider doesnt pick the winners and because of how popular and loved jay is by both the fans and the higher-ips in the sport

they will begrudgingly give him one more this year, with the implied unspoken understanding that this will be his last

Wiggs you should know by now that Olympias are not judged as per how we would judge. Dexter or Heath would win, prob Heath as he has calves and Dexter doesnt. Jay will win he wont be marked down for being non aesthetic shape wise, his back isnt as tight as Dex or Heath but he's shredded through the legs where they are less so. Olympias are won on lack of weaknesses, simply Jay has less weaknesses Heaths front lat pose is ordinary hes to narrow, Dexters is better which gives Dexter an edge till you look at the calves , Jay also has a wider waist, but its judged on what you haven't got not what you shouldn't have, there fore he will probably win. With the above argument thats how Warren could place as high as second again, the guy is ugly but shredded and he's not missing much.

it took me some time to understand the judging criteria and I don't always agree with it, but its true.

if jay is only off 5 %percent from last year and he won hands down and a clear unanimous win, and heath wasn't even top 3, then are we saying that somehow heath has jumped all the places to win the title over a barely off jay? that doesn't make any sense?

a clear number 1 off 5 percent would not lose to a guy who placed out of the top 3 last year, unless heath improved like 50 percent which of course is impossible!

Agreed 1,000,000% The funny thing is the only reasons I've heard that Jay is better is because he is wider.....When was being wide part of the judging criteria? Phil no longer has the narrow look to him except when he does his rear double bi....slightly.

Phil Destroys Jay from the back except in hams and rear lat spread....Phil destroys Jay in back double bi, I mean absolutely destroys him.
Jay should not have won. He wasn't given a gift but he should count his lucky stars and retire.

I think J should (and will) definately retire. It really makes me think the whole thing is quite political and rigged (going out as a winner has much better marketing value then going our as second or lower).

Phil's shape, muscularity, proportions, etc - all were awesome. He will prob win it next year when J retires, but even so, J winning it shows its not legit.
