Stand them next to each other and you'll see that Doz is about 1.5 times as wide as Phil and twice as thick. Plus, he'd look like he was carved out of granite and be more conditioned than Phil. Only thing Phil beats Dorian is on arms, but Dorian would win all the mandatory poses and at 260lb, would outmuscle Phil big time.

dorian actually looked built from hard work, yes peds were used like with phil but it's a whole different ball game now, phil's muscles look like they've just been fixed on, no density, no ruggedness just balloon like.
