check out Kai. not shredded, but absolutely massive and aesthetic. nobody has arms, lats, shoulders, quads like this. watch out next year if kai takes this body and gets it shredded.. this is ronnie-esque muscular proportions..

Same as Flex Wheeler, who peaked early in the year and could never repeat that condition for the Olympia. Ronnie tried it once and nearly lost the title that year.

I thought Kai was going to win, cause his shape has actually improved - his obliques have come down (same as Phil) this year, which makes him look better in all the mandatories. Got no problem with Jay or Phil winning this year.

Kai looks like he has a fine layer of fat/water/whatever in between his skin and the muscle! And as we all know, bodybuilding is the muscle. he just looks hazy. It looks like it's straight to Palumboism-ville for Kai in the very near future....which is 1 year from now.
