kai is one of those bodybuilders who cannot afford to be even the slightest bit off......this is why:
kai dosnt have the best structure or muscle shape
where he is successful is the crazy definition and striations his muscles get..........but to show that you need perfect conditioning
if he is off, the striation and crazy definition disappear and he looks like a pile of shit.......poor separation, poor structure
some bodybuilders can get away with this but not kai, his whole success is based on having perfect conditioning
you saw it last night, if his conditioning falters, he turns into a mid-pack guy
