at whatever weight he is...kai is completely maxed out...and phil is stringy enough to put on another 10lbs.  i said 2 yrs and phil based on age would pass kai.  i think the extra 15lbs since the arnold has done it.

He's not boring but he's not freaky in any one bodypart. His biceps are ok, but they don't have as much peak in his front double bi as some other guys like Kai have. Ronnie, Flex and Cormier all had better double biceps poses and their armed "popped" in that pose. Heath lacks that among other things.
