I don't think Kai will ever beat Phil Heath again. Through the misuse of G.H. and insulin, he has altered his physique beyond the aesthetics he showed a few years ago. His attempt to attain ungodly mass has rendered his abdominal region into a distended mess. I don't see him getting any better....Phil Heath, as long as he doesn't go down the same route as Kai will dominate the sport in the near future.

agreed. Only person in that group that might be able to hang with Phil would be Kevin.  Heath yesterday was incredible.  IMO Cutler should have lost to Martinez a few years ago and Heath yesterday, bigger is not always better.

Kai has some amazing bodyparts but looks boxy and his physique doesn't flow as well as some of the other guys.  He obviously is trying to carry too much weight for his frame and being too heavy (or too much drugs) has made his aesthetics significantly worse.
He should not beat Phil if Phil is on.

Phil would crush Flex from the back.  Hams and glutes would kill Flex.

Dex and Shawn would be relatively even.

Martinez has the best shape out of all.  He just cant dial it in, although he looked awesome at the night show and looked 2nd best after Phil during the night.  Martinez>Cormier

Of course Ronnie would own Cutler or anyone else from any era but give Heath a few more years he may challenge Ronnies form.  Heath's physique this year was better than any Mr. O since Ronnies prime IMO.
