phil is phenominal response to drugs,,he has detailed back not because he work hard but because his muscle respond right and skin respond right and eveyrthing fall into place,,off the drugs he is worse than kevin when he is off drugs,,

jay on the other hand was not gifted in the original genetic department and worked everything he could inaddition to very good response to hormones ,,the combination of both created what you see now days,,he is at the end of his road though,,

Isn't the criteria a complete package? If so, Phil deserves it.

Jay was nowhere near as good as last year but I'd still give it to him against Phil. Phil was good but nos as good as at the AC. To beat Jy, he has to show up in top conditioning. I don't know who Dex pissed off but he did a great job at it 'cause he's got fucked once again. It was between him and Jay last year also (and i would have given it to Jay) but this year was close. Branch is top 6 material but top 3 is a joke.

It's been years since proportions and symmetry have meant something. Jay is not the worstcase. Look at Branch. Even Heath hasn't got great proporitons (huge arms, poor chest and width, big thighs,...). If those criterias meant something really, Rockell and Dex would have fought for the title.
