Back from Vegas - Mr. O!!

Great time at the Olympia!! Could have gone either way with Jay and Phil!! First I thought Phil, then at the very end, I seen how much bigger Jay was then Phil and changed my mind in the last couple minutes!! I think the decision was appropriate!! Phil was better then ever though!! He will be Mr Olympia!! Ripped as fuck!!

I don't like learning new technology but afterward I'm always happy I did.  To post pictures just [1] click on the Additional Options box and then [2] Browse to find the picture on your computer then [3] click Post:

Good stuff!  I don't have the resources to compete with some of the other sites in terms of getting content online, but I am slowly but surely improving the quality of my site.  The main limiting factor is time.  But over time I hope to improve and get some decent content online after every major show.

I'm thinking of covering the Arnold and the Olympia each year.  Are any others worth covering?  The Ironman maybe?

If you haven't been to the Arnold, you'll notice a big difference!! It is fuckin' huge!! In 2009 when I went, there was 1700 athletes and 170,000 people that attended!! It's BIG!!!! It's worth checking out!!
