Research Peptide Usage Amongst the Pros Explained
« on: September 29, 2010, 08:58:47 AM »
A lot of people on this board who claim to have insight into what top level bodybuilders are taking dispute the usage of research peptides such as MGF, PGF2a and PGE. While I understand that posting behind a guise of anonymity discredits me to some extent, let me try to explain this logically:

1. at the upper echelons of bodybuilding, guys will take anything and everything that has any effect on muscle growth. Even if that effect is 0.1 percent they will take it religously out of fear that if they do not, that 0.1 percent will be the difference between 1st and 2nd place.

2. a few of the current top gurus in the bodybuilding scene today have popularized research peptide protocols in a synergistic combination with high rep pump sets, varying styles of slin usage, site enhancement oils and large cc site injections to cause localized site growth. The theory behind this is similar to point #1 - if the science behind MGF or PGE, for example might yield localized growth - why not toss it into the mix with the SEO's, the cc's of anabolics and the slin just to make sure? No one wants to risk falling behind even slightly.

Research peptides are only one aspect of the "alternative" things that the top level guys have tried/continue to try to do everything from causing localized site growth to reducing visceral fat in the midsection to bring the waistline in. Do not believe that top bodybuilders only use the "proven" anabolics, growth hormone and insulin - while these three are the most important drugs by a long shot - guys are trying anything to get ahead of the pacck.
