How do some people not understand that body building is the star trek of sports. I mean the coventions are surrouned with middle aged guys with guts. Outsiders think its bizzarre and wierd. Atleast star trek is legal. Im not tearing down the sport but my interest in men with muscle isnt something I brag to around common company.

I have been told a few dozen times, "ARE YOU A BODYBUILDER?" i always replay NO, i just lift weights.

You know, I get what you are saying, but I get such a different reaction when I tell people I'm a competitive bodybuilder, they seem to praise me and talk to me as if they respect what I'm doing ask a lot of questions about my diet and training, and it usually all seems sincere.

God knows what they say behind my back though $:-\$

They use to do this when one guy at work use to talk about his weekend roleplaying, with his elvens friends.
