Ok have a problem. How do I get my wife to go to the gym with me she keeps sayin she will but never goes through with it. She is gaining a little weight but not horrible. She keeps sayin she needs to work on her legs stomach and butt. I've asked her repeatedly to go. I'm not an ass so the blunt aproach is out any hints ladies ??

Maybe you could tell her there is a girl at the gym w/great legs, stomach and butt (if there is) and maybe she could help her.

" I really enjoy being with you .... can't you please just come with me for the company and have a look see ? ... if you don't feel comfortable working out that'll be fine .. but I think you'll see there's people in worse shape than you that are there ... I'd like it if this could be something we can enjoy together lovey "

I don't believe this was directed at me but wanted to answer.

These kinda generalizations aggravate me cause of what I had to do to get my son so here goes.

No. I have custody of my son after 5 years of DHS trying to keep him with his meth head mother.
Do you think its ok for a female to keep her child only to use him for child support, taxes, and foodstamps ??

I wasnt saying that i feel men should be able to walk away but in terms of equal rights/treatment which is what deicide was hinting at men get the shaft in that department as you undoubtedly know...

I think if you give the woman the right to walk away via abortion then you need to give the man the same right as well...

dont even get me started on custody bs in Tx I live in Houston and have a buddy who had a child out of wedlock with a chick and see first hand the BS that he goes through its so one sided its not even funny and she uses their child as a pawn man its downright sickening.

Yes it is. Hope your friend gets what's best in the end. I had to finally find a judge that actually looked at the files. Rather than just saw mother vs father and go with mother.
Didn't help any that the ex in-laws were hooked up with the county.

he originally tried to work it out without going to court but it didnt work out for him. Anytime he did something she didnt like(he has been in a relationship and the mother wanted to get together with him) she would withhold the child. He finally took her to court and he kept record b/c he was paying her money for support since the child was born. They gave him I think 2 days/one night a week which is still bogus if you ask me. She is so passive aggressive and manipulating its freaking horrible she tales their child that she doesnt like the girl he is with and the child inturn unknowingly tells that person and thats not even on the map of bad stuff this broad has done, so freaking childish man I swear

Me and my ex split on decent terms (everything ends bad) my problems started when she foundout the "benefits" of having custody. Dhs help welfare or whatever its called now. All that got stuck in her head was money and free shit. Then found out she was using meth and the guy she was dating was dealing. My boy would come home for the weekend and tell me "mama got put in jail" and all kinds of other stuff. I started really pursuing full custody and every judge or lawyer I ran into knew her mom or grandpa. I live in a rural part of Oklahoma so that family crap still has a lot of pull around here.
Tell your friend not to give up if he keeps tryin the courts will notice. And will eventually start workin for him instead of against.
