I think there is a difference. Gaspari is ripped, no doubt but Munzer is shredded. I mean Gaspari is vascular but you can see every striation imaginable on Munzer, just look at his shoulders!

i would be interested to know what exactly munzer was doing to get that kind of conditioning

and what most dont know about him, is that he stayed not very far from that ALL YEAR AROUND........his idea of a "bulking" bodyfat would probably be cutler's "stage" level

obviously it killed him......but it had to be something he was doing (aside from the obvious which is abusing tons of diuretics).........you cant tell em its genetic and he is the only person ever to be able ot achieve that

so what was it?

yes gaspari had awesome conditioin, set a new precedent at the time........but never looked like munzer did on stage

<<Munzer was without doubt one of the best conditioned athletes to ever grace a stage.

The guy was a little crazy with his dosages but there is still an undeniable amount of hard work and crazy CV involved in getting so lean.

I remember an article "written" by Janvier talking about how he was so ripped he went through a ton of razors cuz they'd dull out so quick. True or false it made me laugh.

I remember on of the first pics that made me go

was Munzer in a Weider ad doing a side crunch shot. His obliques and serratus were like nothing i'd ever seen and of course the leg striation were just seek. He looked like he was made outta granite. Noone was close to that at the time

I hated how when he died ESPN edited him out of the posedown and entire contest even though he made top 6. They coulda just not said anything since the general public would never know him anyway

Well there are supposed cycles flying around the net, one of which I have on pretty good authority is pretty close to what he did. I will see if I can find it.

To generalise that level on condition is a result of massive amounts of well timed mercurial diuretics, shit loads of good quality tren, mast and winni in the final few weeks and thyroid chems.

Well you haven't seen Getbigs own Goodrum. He himself has said he has Munzer type conditioning. I still think he meant Munster
