Painful test knot
« on: October 01, 2010, 11:57:04 AM »
So this wednesday i injected 1 ml of hg sust into my left ass cheek. Now it's sore, there's a knot under my skin about the size of my thumb. It does not seem to be swollen outside. I have no fever. It's maybe a little hot to touch, but not much just painful, sore and a bit bothersome, that's all. What should i do? Let it be or massage? And i know if it gets bigger or i get a fever i have to go to the doc. Any productive ideas and opinions are welcome.

PS. This is the first time this has happened to me in six years!

I have had this happen before and I would suggest hitting some other spots until it does go away.

I think that might be the problem, that it didn't go all in.

Do you think that it goes away on its own or do i need to do something or get something like antibiotics?

I'm dealing with the same situation... my lump(s) go away usually after a week or so. I have 6-8 different injections spots too. ;D

Painful injections could be a cause of high concentration of gear per ml.(example: 250mg is really 325mg) And/or the type of alcohol that it's based in.

I'm sure you knew that already though. 8) Maybe a newbie might read this in the future.

Currently i just pin my glutes and delts, might start doing quads again too... I used legit hg Organon sustanon so i don't think it's because of the gear...

It went away on its own, I would not worry unless your feeling pain. Just hot some new spots and you will be fine.

Put a wet warm compress on it. It will disperse on it's own most likely. Or turn into a sterile abscess later down the road, which will just look like a calciums deposit to some people.

A warm/hot bath and soak the area for 10-15mins, let the heat penetrate the muscle.  Then gently massage the area to help the oil disperse.

I had a similar prob in my left delt from shooting 2cc sust the other month.  Took a week or so to dissipate with the aid of a few hot massages.

An anti inflam may also help if things get painful

Sounds like a shallow injection, happens to the most cautious and meticulous pinners from time to time. I've learned the hard way how shitty shallow pins can be. Had a tennis ball sized lump for weeks with legit human grade amps. Scared the fuck out of me and put a lot of doubt in my mind despite knowing deep down that it was just a shallow injection.

Sometimes you rip through scar tissue and muscle in an awkward way too. It doesn't happen all the time if you're relaxed and not tense, but it can happen from time to time. I just make sure to inject slowly and deep in the muscle.
