Once again the stupidity of comparing bodybuilders with MMA fighters.............
"my MMA heroes can beat the crap out of these bodybuilders, who aren't even real athletes!".....I have to laugh when these quotes/threads pop out every now and then.
just like a bodybuilder would destroy a MMA fighter in a bodybuilding competiton or a basketball player would kill a MMA fighter on a basketball court, etc.

Sent to the hospital by a guy 5 inches shorter than him. sometimes height advantage can work against you in a fight... height can actually have strength disadvantages in regards to levers, leverage, center of gravity, etc. all things equal, fighting someone shorter is harder than figthing someone taller, especially if its around 6" or so. seen a lot of fighters press an altercation when toe to toe with someone taller, funny thing same couple guys tried to avoid a fight when faced with someone shorter with equal skill,,, didnt make much sense back then but time teaches |

I was at that fight in Seoul this weekend. K-1 is very entertaining. Tickets were less than 25 bucks for good seats and the arena was less than half full. Fucking Koreans don't know what they're missing. Alistair is very strong and fast and has an extremely imposing/impressive physique. He is also well spoken and seems intelligent. Much respect to the guy.
If I could be anyone from the realm of Bodybuilding, MMA, or pro sports in general. I think I would be Alistair. (no homo)
