Trioplex bars back in 2004 were amazing... but I had some recently and they tasted much different?!

I havent had one in about 2-3 years..lol maybe they got bought out and downsized, the original ones were amazing though, they were made by a chef with the finest ingredients available

yes if you want to eat bars you can get some quality crushd up animal skin, teeth, and hair, and then have it all glued together.

Quest bars are very good. They have only five or so ingredients. The protein is from whey isolate. The fats come from almond butter, peanut butter, or almonds. They have like 16 grams of fiber per bar and 20 grams of protein at around 200 cals.

they re as "nutritive" as a mars , kit kat or twix... well, any kind of bar full of chocolate, nuts, sugar and fats actually.
