So for the last 2 weeks my diet and training have been on point... and I was starting to feel really drained so I decided to have a guilt free cheat day today.
Woke up at 8am and had my usual 8 egg whites and 2 yellows with 75g of oatmeal
At 10amish I was in the gym training LEGS
12noon- I went to McDonalds and had 20 chicken nuggets, large fries, large spite and a cheeseburger
3pm- Protein shake
7pm- Large thin crust dominos pizza with everything on it, plus an order of chicken kickers
I'll probably eat another meal or two of junk and have a Casein shake before bed.
Tomorrow im back in the gym at 6:30am doing an hour of empty stomach cardio.
I know you all care deeply about what I do... LOL I'm bored...
