Maybe it's really a guy from Vienna running all those gimmicks?
I have zero gimmicks, neither here nor on any other board.
Busted.
Please also quote what you have claimed I said and you will see it does not match.
So what??
If you don't believe in gravity, then it doesn't exist anymore?
Go pull you head out of WL's ass and start using your own brain, this is starting to get pathetic.
Why don't you argue scientifically then?
Gravity "exists" because there is scientific evidence which supports such a theory.
But I agree that everyone should find his own way, convenience is key.
Not bad for 65kg, no?
I was about 85kg when I did those lifts. Never said anything different.
haha I'd love to see the 170 kg squat. Pd for Pd that must be close to the European record.
LOL, not even remotely close (neither at 65 nor at 85kg).
Again, if you are interested in my humble opinion, you see this black/white.
WL might be a nice guy, but his "diet" and nutrition advice is utter bullshit for bodybuilders.
If you want to go from 85kg to 65kg and look like you have AIDS, it's great, but NOT for a bodybuilder. No need to mix the two up. Just because he was nice to you in some way doesn't mean he can't be annoying in something else.
There's no need for you to defend his diet principles just to defend WL. You mix up two things here.
Great arguments again.
