Superpump 250 is probably the best preworkout drink ive ever had (post ephedra anyway). NO Shotgun was a very close 2nd.

Ive been hearing plenty of positive reviews, and a couple not so flattering reviews about jack3d.

How is Jack3d??

I have never used Jack3d but I did hear great things about the stimulant they use and that it will possibly be pulled soon, so maybe stock up?

I do use superpump 250 and it is a great PWO drink. I can't even take it on leg day it's too much for me, guaranteed to puke.

Definitely Jack3d, i took it once and saw 43.5lbs increase in my bench. I also got a great "pump" which means im gaining pure quality muscle which is important when i take nitrix products.

Whats wrong with a meal and a coffee or at most some ephy before the gym.

The NOX/pre drinks are shite IMO, more pixie dust offerings from shady supp companies.

If your nutrition is half way decent and you aren't reaching FatPanda-esque levels of BF then you should be vascular and pumped from training.

yes..it fucks with the chemicals upstairs indeed. One of the first things I noticed at my job was how my patience went to -100......and I'm a pretty patient guy.

Have to take some st johns or some sh*t to balance that stuff out and mellow out.

luckily for me I know when i'm not balanced upstairs...this sh*t had me ready to fight as soon as I first took it. Went from absolutely mentally tired at my job to ready to fight just like that after about 20-30 minutes. (my co worker had some and gave me two scoops)

I went to the gym and sparred with two guys that night. Was insane. LOL

Like I said...get some st johns wort and take that during the day so you can mellow TF out.

jackd is cool,,, start out with one scoop for wk then 2 nxt wk then most 3.... know a few people that were giving positive feedback but they started 3 scoops of the bat and by 3rd week they said they didnt notice it anymore and stopped taking it.

i havent hit 3 yet because i noticed some effects,energy focus etc., at one scoop for couple weeks to start,,, so now im getting into 2.

superpump was ok, diff but decent. noticed more effects from jck3d
