Best stuff for a pre workout ive ever taken is Black powder, i felt like a maniac training on that stuff and the pure rush made me push out an extra 2 reps with what i normally get 6 with on deadlift!!

try it, its not that cheap tho

I ended up giving mine away, it gave me the sh*ts more than anything. It's amazing how some of this stuff works fine for some and totally the opposite for another. The guy I gave it to said it was fine and he had no problems with it.
