Do people say you eat too much.

My folks are bitching that I spend to much money on food. I spend like 100 a week on food. My folks seem to think thats too much. I' eat about 3500-4500 cals a day and try to eat cheap. Does this shit happen to you. Even my friends bagger me for eating so much.

My parents owned a badass charbroil right across the street from our house. I would walk over in the morning get two huge tuna sandawiches and a big salad followed by rasberry vanilla soft ice cream. Later for lunch it would be awesome chicken fingers with wing sauce or a big lean burger and some curly fries. Dinner would be something mom cooked. I ate like a king lol.

I spend next to nothing on food when I am on a diet like I am right now.

maybe 80 a week or so ?

off-season I only eat at restaurant and fast food places and I drink shakes a lot , so about 300 or so a week

agreed, diet is always cheap, you basically eat nothing.lol...

offseason you want to eat all the good stuff and the expenses skyrocket...

I eat 5 full size meals a day.  and a whey shake.   ppl around me are used to it.  I eat meals with everyone else, but i also eat a second meal halfway to the next meal.

I just adviced one of my broke ass friends how to eat lots of calories really cheap....Several bags of potatoes, lots of cans of tuna, several 5lb. packs of hamburger, lbs of oatmeal, mutliviatamins and digestive enzymes.....You will grow like crazy if you train hard.....And you won't spend over $200 on food a month
